Chipotle Aioli

Chipotle Aioli
You may substitute the chipotle chilis for another hot sauce or for a fresh taste add lemon zest, lemon juice and a fresh herb like dill. Photo by me. 


1 Whole Egg

1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

1 SMALL Garlic Clove

1/2 cup of Grape Seed Oil (I know it sound like a lot,but this makes a large amount. Also I do not recommend substituting for olive oil because it gives a strange taste)

1 can of Chipotle Chilis (Use about 3-4 or more, depending on the level of heat you want)

1 Pinch of Salt or to your liking


Food Processor

You can also use a blender or magic bullet, if you do not have a food processor.


1. In the food processor, add 1 garlic clove, dijon mustard, and egg. Pulse until smooth.

2. While it is pulsing, drizzle in the 1/2 cup of grapeseed oil. Once the oil have been incorporated, stop the food processor and add in 3-4 chipotle chilis. Pulse again until the chilis are also incorporated.

3. Taste and add salt according to your liking.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.

Now you can enjoy this with anything you want.
