Hi everyone, below I created a grocery list of the items I believe to help you stay on track with your diet. However, if you are not on a diet, these items will help you create any meal you want.

Below I gave you vegan or vegetarian options too. As well as items for each food group, so you can have a balanced diet. You can print this page and use it to go grocery shopping.

This may seem like a long list, and I by no means am I telling you to buy every single item on this list. I want you to pick and choose the items you like. Over the last three years, I noticed these items allow me to create many dishes. Again, do not buy everything, I recommend to buy at least one item per category because this way you are eating from each food group.
