Lavash Vegan Pizza

Hello everyone! I would like to share my  favorite pizza recipe. I love making these when I am craving pizza, but I do not want to take a step back on my diet. These definitely satisfy that craving. You can add pesto, tomato pizza sauce, or rosemary-garlic infused oil like I did as a base and unlimited toppings, which makes these pizzas taste so good!

Here is the recipe to my favorite pizza recipe!


  • Whole wheat lavash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil infused with rosemary and garlic
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms (any type you like)
  • Daiya cheese
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Fennel
  • Black olives


First, preheat the oven to 355 F

Meanwhile in a small sauce pan, add olive oil, chopped rosemary and minced garlic clove. Turn the heat on over medium heat. Turn on the heat after adding all the ingredients because it will prevent the garlic from burning quickly. If the garlic burns, it will make the infused oil taste bitter, and you will have to start over. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring in between. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.

Once the 5 minutes passed, brush the lavash with the infused oil. Then add the rest of the ingredients and additional toppings you may want to add.

Bake for 12 minutes. Make sure to keep your eye on the pizza because it burns easily.

Let it cool and enjoy.
